We have put our most popular dishes in order from “Starter, Soup, Curries, Salad, Stir-fry, Noodles, Dessert & Other”. Each lessons take about 2-3 hours and your cookery lessons starts with an introducing Thai ingredients and flavours in Thai food such as sweet, salty, spicy and sour, these flavours need to balance it and using your senses to make adjustment in the flavour to suit your liking.

Starter

Crispy Spring Rolls (Meat OR Vegetarian)

Meat, cabbage, carrots, shintake mushrooms and glass noodles wrap in spring roll wrapper and deep-fried serve with sweet chili sauce

Crispy Wonton

Deep fried wonton stuff with seasoning minced pork, prawn serve with sweet chili sauce

Thai Fish/Pork/Chicken Cakes

Spicy minced fish patties mixed with Thai spice served with cucumber relish

Dim Sum (Steam Wonton)

Minced pork, prawn wrap in wonton wrapper serve with sweet soy sauce

Pork or Chicken Satay

Marinated pork or chicken on skewers barbeque served with peanut sauce

Pork or Chicken on toasted

Deep-fried minced  on toasts served with sweet chilli sauce

Thai Summer Roll

Lettuce, mint, carrot, cucumber, meat and rice noodle wrap with rice paper serve with tamarind fruity sauce

Thai style chicken wings (Deep fry or baked)

Deep fried marinated chicken wing and coated with flour

Egg Parcel

Stir fried pork minced and vegetable wrap in thin omelette.
